How do I Sign Up for Free Registration to PracticeCity.com?
From the Home page click on Free Registration. Fill out the profile information (all required fields are in italics). After completing all required fields, enter the code shown in the image and click Sign Up! You will receive a welcome e-mail from PracticeCity.com listing your user name and password.
How do I Login to my PracticeCity.com account?
From the Home page click on Login. Then, enter the e-mail address and password you used when signing up for your account. Click Log in to access your Profile and Posting Center.
How to I edit my PracticeCity.com Profile?
Log in to your PracticeCity.com account. Then, click on Profile. You can edit any of the optional or required fields and click Update Profile.
What if I forget my PracticeCity.com password?
Click I’ve forgotten my login information from the main Login page. Type your e-mail address and click Send. An e-mail message will be sent to you with a 'confirmation code'. After you receive the e-mail, enter your user name and the 'confirmation code' and click Send. A new password will be generated and e-mailed to you.
How do I Logout of my PracticeCity.com account?
Click on the Logout button, which is located beneath the Login button.
How do I Search for listings on PracticeCity.com?
From the Home page, click Search a Listing, select the field of practice and the listing service, and then click Go. Next, narrow your search by completing the additional search criteria fields. Finally, indicate the Type of Search, selecting either match ALL criteria or match ANY criteria and click Search.
What Type of Search should I select?
The Match ALL Criteria search will deliver a more narrow set of search results, pulling those listings that meet all indicated search conditions. Match ANY Criteria, on the other hand, will pull a wider range of listings that match at least one of the indicated search conditions.
Where will my Search Results be displayed?
Search results are displayed in a table below the search criteria. Scroll down to view results and click the Title of the listing to display additional information. If the message No listings found is displayed at the bottom of the search screen, then you may want to modify your search criteria.
How can I share Search Results with colleagues?
Just above the search results, there is a Link to this Search option. Righ-click Copy this link, and choose to copy the link (sometimes called a 'shortcut'). Paste the link into an e-mail to send to your colleague. Your colleague will then be able to click on the link in the body of the e-mail and retrieve the search results.
How do I Submit a New Listing on PracticeCity.com?
In order to submit a new listing, you will need to login to your PracticeCity.com account and click on My Posting Center. Click on the Post a new listing link under the appropriate listing category. Fill in the information for all required fields (marked with an *), enter the code from the box and Add the listing.
After adding the listing, you will see a confirmation that the listing has been submitted and is pending approval. It may take up to 24 hours to receive an e-mail indicating whether your listing has been approved and posted on PracticeCity.com. You may check the Status of a listing under My Posting Center.
How do I view a Submitted Listing?
The three most recent postings for each listing category will be listed in My Posting Center. Click More listings to see all older postings. To view a particular listing, click on the name of the listing and a new web browser window will open displaying the listing.
How do I Edit or Delete a Listing?
Locate the posting in My Posting Center and then use the Edit or Delete Commands to modify the listing. Note: If changes are made to a listing, the listing must be approved before becoming available again for searches on PracticeCity.com.
When does a PracticeCity.com Listing Expire?
All PracticeCity.com listings are given an automatic expiration date upon approval. Most listings expire after 30 days, except for continuing education events which expire 30 days after the event. You can check the Expiration Date of your listings in My Posting Center.
How do I Renew a Listing?
A few days prior to the expiration of a listing, you will receive an e-mail notification. You can renew the listing by clicking on the link in the e-mail, logging in to My Posting Center and clicking on the Renew button. If you renew the listing without making any changes, the listing will automatically renew. If changes are made to the listing during the renewal process, the listing will need to be re-approved prior to renewing.

From the Home page, click on Suggestion Box and fill out the form to submit feedback about how PracticeCity.com can better serve your needs.
