For more than two decades, Shu Dental Laboratory has brought quality dental products and services to the dental community, and is trusted as one of the best full service dental laboratory in the industry.
Years of hands on training and experience in working with off-shore laboratories has allowed us to open our own facility (Xu Hong Dental Lab) in 2005, located in ZhuHai, China. Our establishment has made direct outsourcing a possibility for many dentists & lab owners. With the elimination of the "middle man", lower costs, higher productivity and more control over the final product has made outsourcing a smart way to expand your business without the extra costs.
As your impressions arrive daily at our facility, they are inspected, poured and then articulated. Any questions regarding the quality of the impressions and models, or the turn around time is related to you immediately. All dental impressions/models are packaged and delivered the same day to the corresponding FedEx Station to be shipped to our off-shore laboratory. Only 9 business days (not include weekend or holidays) turn around is required for any try-in or completed cases. You are free to contact us anytime to inquire the progress of your cases.
As a promise to our clients to deliver the best quality products and services possible, we use only FDA approved suppliers for manufacturing our products. Our goal is to provide the extra help you need to expand your business at reasonable costs. The bottom line is your success is our success!
